For Financial Flex Tuition
The FFT is a variable tuition plan that allows families to pay an amount based on their individual financial circumstances. To apply for this program, there are certain requirements that need to be met. All applicants must complete a confidential financial assessment with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment and be current with any prior financial obligations to the school or admitted or enrolled at Puzzle Box Academy.
Eligibility Requirements
For Financial Flex Tuition
In addition to completing the financial assessment, applicants must meet other eligibility requirements in order to qualify for the FFT plan. Families must demonstrate financial need in order to receive funds from the FFT program, which are granted without regard to race, gender, religion, national origin, or disability. Families will still need to budget to pay for uniforms, lunch, transportation, field trips or discretionary charges as these are all non-covered charges by grants from the FFT program.

Is It Possible To Receive
A 100% Financial Flex Tuition Grant
No, it is not. Puzzle Box Academy asks all families to make a financial investment in their child’s education. Our commitment to providing Financial Flex Tuition means we are sharing the investment with you.
Submit and pay for the FACTS processing fee of $60 by April 30, 2023 for current/returning families and May 15, 2023 for new/prospective families. This fee is nonrefundable and is subject to change.
Qualification for FFT tuition must be applied for and evaluated annually. The application process for financial flex tuition is self-managed and allows families to track each step from start to finish.
Please note, the FACTS application priority deadline is April 15.
